under section 6 of the Land Code stipulates that from the date of the announcement of this Revolutionary Council applicable to any person having rights in the land under the Title Deed or the Utilization Certificate If the person abandoned not making use of the land or leave the land to be vacant beyond the following periods

1. For land with title deeds more than ten years consecutives.

2. For land with a certificate of utilization for more than 5 consecutive years

It shall be deemed that the intention to waive the right in the land that is abandoned and not used or left to be a wasteland When the Director-General has filed a petition with the court and the court has ordered the revocation of the document of rights in the said land the land shall be vested in the State in order to proceed in accordance with this Code. The Ministry of the Interior has laid down the Ministry of Interior regulations. on the operation of neglected and unused land 2522 dated March 5, 1979 that considering which plots of land are abandoned or unused or leave it as a wasteland, consider taking advantage just fence or pay local maintenance taxes but not useful would be regarded as neglect, not doing good or leaving it as a wasteland For land which is a residence in a village or city Even though they haven't built a house to live in, but the owner still has the intention to hold it for himself. It shall be deemed that the land is land that has been utilized by the condition.

In January of every year, the province will survey whether there are any plots of land that have been abandoned or used. or left to be desolate for more than 10 consecutive years for land with a title deed or 5 consecutive years for land with a Utilization Certificate. and reports to the Ministry of Interior Before submitting the matter to the Ministry of Interior, the process can be summarized as follows:

1. The province or district will notify the owner of the abandoned land not to use it or leave it as a wasteland. Manage or expedite the benefit within 3 months warnings from the date of notification.

2. After the expiration date, the benefit has not yet been arranged, the province shall appoint a committee to consider whether there has been a neglect. Does not make use of the land or let the land become desolate beyond the actual time limit or not?

3. When the Board is of the opinion that there is a neglect of the land or leave the land to be desolate beyond the actual time limit to the province to submit an opinion to the Department at Land of department to consider proceeding, submitting the matter to the prosecutor to submit a petition to the court for the court to order the revocation of such land rights letter to the state

4. The province or district will notify the owner of the abandoned land not to use it or leave it as a wasteland. Manage or expedite the benefit within 3 months warnings from the date of notification.
